Abstract Information
Abstract submissions are now open!
Authors are invited to submit a 400-word, text-only abstract for consideration.
Abstracts will be reviewed to determine whether the submission is within the scope of the conference and whether it will be accepted for an oral or poster presentation. Abstracts that are outside the scope of the conference may not be accepted for presentation.
Authors will be notified of their abstract outcome by 4 December 2026.

Abstract Information
Abstract Length: 400 words (text-only)
Submission Deadline: 18 October 2026
Presentation Format: Authors may indicate a preference for an oral or poster presentation. Please note that the number of oral presentation places is limited.
Abstract Outcome: 4 December 2026
Presenting Author: One author must register and attend the conference for each oral or poster presentation.
Optional Full Paper Submission
Authors who wish to contribute a paper to the conference proceedings may submit an optional 4–6 page full paper together with their abstract.
Submitting a full paper is entirely optional. You do not need to submit a full paper to have your abstract considered for an oral or poster presentation. Note that authors who choose to submit a full paper are still required to submit an abstract (as per instructions above).
Full papers will undergo a separate review process. Only papers that successfully complete the review process will be published in the conference proceedings and assigned a DOI.
Authors who submit a full paper will be given priority for oral presentation opportunities. However, submission of a full paper does not guarantee an oral presentation.

Full Paper Review Process
Following review, authors will receive one of the following outcomes:
Accepted
The paper is accepted for publication in the conference proceedings and will be assigned a DOI.
Revisions Required
Authors may revise and resubmit their paper by 15 January 2027. Papers that successfully pass the subsequent review will be accepted for publication and assigned a DOI.
Rejected
The paper will not be published in the conference proceedings or assigned a DOI. However, if the abstract has been accepted, the author may still present their work as an oral or poster presentation.
